In the land of Naere-Flindh, in the outskirts of the Kingdom of Cronila, lies a mysterious, magical woodland commonly known as Mondegreen Forest. Many mythical beings and powerful creatures reside there, and you never know what may happen inside its boundaries. Most of the creatures that populate the forest are loyal to the forces of Magic and of Nature; however, some have intentions against that of the Forces. A coven of evil Witches with an agenda of their own live in a cave in the midst of Mondegreen, and additionally, King Cornelius of the Cronila domain supposedly forbids his people from the dangerous forest and orders his men to keep the wild forest under control. These are difficult times for the magical beings of Mondegreen, and they need your help!

Neutral Roles (2)

God - God has control over the elements: Earth, Water, Air, and Fire. He will have one power associated with each of these elements, which may affect the night results. He may only use each element once during the game. God is immune to nightkills until he has used all 4 powers. He may choose a team anytime after he has used all his powers.

The Generous Djinni - The Djinni likes to grant wishes. Each night, he may use the role power of the player who was lynched that day. Exceptions: killing roles, elves, dwarves. He may choose a team anytime after Night 3; otherwise he wins as long as he's alive at the end.

Forces of Nature (Good) (16)

Eagle Eye - This keen-sighted raptor can see all that happens in the forest from its high perch. The Eagle will discover one player's role per night.

River Nymph - The Nymph's beautiful nature will draw one player to her dwelling by the trickling brook, blocking their power for that night.

Mother Oak - The branches of this supple she-tree offer sufficient safety from predators. The Oak will protect one player each night.

Canis Major - This seemingly vicious lycanthrope only wants justice for the Natural Forces, and will kill one player each night.

Mighty Lion - Many say the Lion is the king of the jungle. This authoritative beast can use one lynch pardon and one lynch switch during the game.

Howler Monkey - You can't go a day in the forest without hearing the shrill cry of the Howler. His thoughts will be announced in the thread each morning, in no more than four lines.

The Likeness - This mysterious spiritual entity will choose one player to imitate each night, and will appear as that player's role to role checkers.

Friendly Giant - Intimidating at first sight, the Giant is quite amiable and enjoys having guests for tea. Each night, he chooses a player to invite, and that player will be taken out of the poll and their vote will not count. However, they may still post.

Thorny Bramblebush - This unpleasant area of vegetation can snatch unsuspecting passersby and entangle them in its prickly branches. Every other night, the Bramblebush chooses one player to snatch or set free. Entangled players are removed from the game temporarily, and will have opportunities to escape (such as riddles etc).

Wandering Warlock - The Warlock has various spells, potions, and magical artifacts. Each night he will use/give one of these items to a player.

Elves (3) - These people of the race of Lirefen are hospitable, musically inclined, and very clever. They have btsc and one secret power.

Dwarves (3) - These people of the race of Dromuin are friendly, excellent at building, and have a hidden stash of treasure. They have btsc and one secret power.

The Evil Ones (11)

Witches (5)
A nasty coven of vengeful sisters who use their ancient powers of voodoo and dark magic to do their creepy evildoings. Win by eliminating all Forces of Nature and Cronilians.

High Priestess - The leader of the coven, she sends in a kill victim every odd night.

Divine Seer - Every time the witches make a kill, the Seer calls upon the Dark Gods and learns the role of their victim.

Voodoo Spirit - This witch's spirit has a special ability to possess one player each night, therefore blocking their role and taking over the ability.

Sly Sorceress - Each night she slips one of her vile potions into a player's food, which curses a spell on that player's posts for a day.

Madame Menagerie - She takes care of the coven's many animals. Each night she sends one of her creatures to spy on a player and report its findings. However, the animals are not infallible; the riddle-like reports Madame hears about that player's night action may or may not be true.

Cronilians (5)
For the people of Cronila, the mysterious Mondegreen Forest is dangerous, unpredictable, and forbidden by decree of the king. The royal family takes measures to control security surrounding the forest. Win by eliminating all Forces of Nature and Witches.

King Cornelius - To protect his people, the King orders the death of one player every even night.

Queen Scythia - The Queen has ordered guards to oversee action in the forest and report back to her. She will see the night action of one player each night.

Sir Carmichael - This brave, noble knight ventures into the forest to carry out the killings ordered by the King. With his strong armour and faithful warriors, he is generally immune to the night powers of Forces of Nature roles (excepting role discovery).

Court Jester - This clever royal entertainer can switch the positions of two players each night. (Meaning that the powers used on the victims are switched)

Princess Farima - The beautiful beloved daughter of the King and Queen is valuable to the kingdom, and he who attacks her does so at his own peril. If the Princess is lynched, she will choose someone who voted for her to take down with her. If the Princess is nightkilled, the killer will not be able to use his/her power the next night (or as the case may be, the next night they would use their power).

Rogue Baddie (1)

Rodent of Unusual Size - This vicious predator will attack and kill one player per night. In certain circumstances, the RoUS wins if either of the baddie teams win, but otherwise his win conditions are secret tbqh.

Secret Role (1)

secret tbqh.

What's God's win condition?

Do the elves and dwarves know their secret power from the start?

Do the Skeptical Sister and Princess Farima have BTSC with the rest of their groups?
If so, do they keep that BTSC if they join the forces of Nature?
Won't the rest of the group just NK her then to be sure the Sister/Princess won't reveal any information?

I like what you did with the neutral roles, weakening their powers if they join a side :)

For now I'll say that he will have to choose a side by a certain time. Maybe something to do with when he uses up all four powers... not quite sure yet.

Yes.

I'm still figuring out how exactly those roles will work. They would pretty much have to be out of the btsc, and I'm not sure I like that very much.. I might just scrap those roles and make them something else. :#
